LIFE CONQUER newsletter #4 now out!

Funded by the European Commission’s LIFE Program, the LIFE CONQUER Project aims to sustainably utilize byproducts from the fish processing industry, specifically salmon offcuts, known as unused residual raw material (RRM).

The project focuses on producing salmon peptides and oil from these byproducts, with the goal of incorporating them as nutritional ingredients for broader human consumption.
